We now offer international shipping! UK Orders: Please allow 1-2 working days for us to process your delivery. Once shipped, your parcel will arrive within 2-3 working days. All parcels are sent via Royal Mail with tracking for peace of mind - You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. International Order: We aim to dispatch all international orders within 1-2 business days of your purchase.   International orders are all shipped with Royal Mail with Tracking.   Orders within Europe take 3 - 5 business days once shipped. ​ Orders for the rest of the world takes 6 - 7 business days once shipped    Once your package has been shipped you will receive your tracking number.​ ​ Please Note: We are not responsible for packages once they have been shipped. If you face import duties, carrier handling fees or any delays we suggest you call your local deport / post office as we have no control over the courier services.  Pre-Orders Please allow 1–2 weeks for all pre-orders to be processed and shipped. Some of our abayas come with a matching hijab. Each product description clearly states whether a hijab is included , so please check the details before purchasing.

All of our abayas are proudly designed and made in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, with a focus on quality craftsmanship.

We recommend hand washing or using a gentle cycle in cold water, then air drying to maintain the fabric’s quality and colour. All abayas can be ironed; however, we recommend using the lowest heat setting. Please note that our abayas are made from different materials, and some fabrics may not respond well to higher heat. Using a low temperature will help protect the quality and finish of your garment.
